Keynote Speaker
Janet Y. Lemelle
As a young Christian woman and nursing school student, Janet found herself facing several unplanned pregnancies. After her abortions, she made the courageous decision to embrace motherhood but had to deal with abortion’s aftermath and the spirit lurking behind it. From this, her life’s mission was born once she got to the heart of the matter.
Hear Janet share candidly how 20 years ago God ordered her steps across the country with her babies in tow, turning her testimony into a life-affirming, life-saving mission and ministry.
As a nurse with 45+ years experience, the majority of Janet’s career was in maternal-child health, primarily in the area of labor and delivery. She holds a Master’s Degree in both Nursing and Christian Counseling, and completed a Fellowship in Leadership. As God would have it, she is also a licensed and ordained minister using her professional skills and spiritual gifts to minister hope and healing.
Today, Janet serves as Founder and President of WTL – The Way, Truth and Life Outreach, with the Waller Pregnancy Care Center and Family Way Empowerment as its subsidiaries, located in Waller, TX.
Janet, together with her husband, have 7 children and 13 grandchildren
